Job Description: Real Estate Sales Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and guiding customers through the process of buying and selling residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and a customer-focused approach to achieve targets and deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential/commercial properties and open plots through direct client engagement and marketing strategies
Conduct site visits, explain project details, and address client queries effectively
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, channel partners, and investors
Develop sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal documentation related to real estate transactions
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and digital outreach
Keep accurate records of inquiries, sales, and customer feedback
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not mandatory)
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and achieve set goals
Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations is a plus
Proficiency in WhatsApp/Instagram marketing is desirable
