Investment Counsellor

We are looking for a Stock Market Executive to join our team SBC Export Ltd to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their investment goals, and provide personalized advisory services.

• Trade Execution: Accurately and timely execute buy and sell orders for stocks, bonds, derivatives, and other securities on behalf of clients.

• Market Analysis: Monitor financial markets, economic news, and industry trends to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.

• Portfolio Management: Regularly review and manage client investment portfolios, suggesting adjustments or reallocations based on performance and market conditions.

• Sales and Business Development: Proactively prospect for and acquire new clients through networking and marketing efforts to expand the client base and meet sales targets.

• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all trading activities and transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., SEBI in India, FINRA in the U.S.). Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports for clients and management.

• Risk Management: Evaluate financial risks associated with various investment decisions and advise clients on risk mitigation strategies. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and Qualified(NISM) and 1 YEAR to 2 YEAR. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex financial information clearly and build client trust.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is typically required.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
