Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls with international (Australian) customers.

• Communicate clearly to understand customer requirements.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure satisfaction.

• Record and update customer information in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:

•Education: Minimum 12th / PUC

•Experience:Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

•Language:Excellent English communication skills required
