The role involves handling voice-based interactions with international customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for UK and US customers.

• Resolve customer queries related to retail services, orders, accounts, or insurance policies.

• Provide accurate information and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and compliance requirements.

• Document interactions and update CRM systems accurately.

• Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to work in UK 24/7 rotational shifts or US night shifts.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
