Job Description

We are looking for a confident and dynamic female candidate for the role of International & Domestic Calling Executive. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle international and domestic outbound/inbound calls
Communicate with clients to provide information about services/products
Maintain records of conversations and customer details
Follow up with potential leads and existing customers
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in calling/BPO is preferred but not mandatory
