We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Support Executive to join our team for IGT Solutions in Bangalore at Manyata Tech park location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Airlines. The role offers in hand 25k & CTC 30k and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have Min 6 months to 1 years of experience in customer service or a tele-caller role and should be proficient in English (Spoken & Written). You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Min 6 months of experience, and the candidate should be willing to work 5 days in a week during the rotational shift.
