Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)(chat process)

Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, and provide excellent service in a 24/7 contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries.

  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Record interactions and follow up on pending issues.

  • Work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate (dropouts welcome).

  • 6 months of BPO/travel experience preferred; freshers can apply.

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  • Willingness to work in a voice-based, 24/7 rotational shift environment.
