Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, and provide excellent service in a 24/7 contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries.
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Record interactions and follow up on pending issues.
Work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate (dropouts welcome).
6 months of BPO/travel experience preferred; freshers can apply.
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in a voice-based, 24/7 rotational shift environment.
