Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for the EV–Shell process.
Assist customers with queries, complaints, and support requests efficiently.
Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction details.
Ensure excellent communication and service delivery standards.
Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends (as per roster).
Prior experience in an international BPO voice process preferred.
