Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, site visits, and property inquiries

• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their requirements

• Conduct property presentations and site visits for customers

• Follow up with potential buyers and close deals

• Maintain and update the client database

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years experience in sales

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle clients and work in a sales environment
