We are seeking a motivated and professional International BPO Executive to join our team for Jobsin360 Private Limited in Bangalore at our Electronic City location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0.5 - 2 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in any language. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 5 days working during the Night shift.
