We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our IT Services sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through outreach and communication. This role is perfect for candidates who want to build a career in IT sales and business development.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads for IT services.
Identify potential clients in target industries and gather key business information.
Understand customer needs and explain company IT services such as:
Software development
Cloud services
Managed IT services
IT consulting
eLearning / Digital Solutions (customize as per Hurix needs)
Schedule meetings, demos, or introductory calls for the senior sales team.
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho etc.).
Follow up on inquiries, marketing campaigns, and warm leads.
Support the sales team with proposal creation, presentations, and documentation.
Meet weekly/monthly lead and activity targets.
Any Graduate (IT, Computer Science, Business preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make high-volume calls and handle rejections positively.
Basic understanding of IT concepts (training will be provided).
Good email writing and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales.
Ability to work with CRM and MS Office tools.
Internship experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement.
Knowledge of IT services or SaaS sales.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, or lead generation tools.
