Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms.

Follow up on inbound and outbound leads.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.

Coordinate with field sales and other departments for smooth order processing.

Prepare and share sales reports with management.

Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

Good communication and negotiation skills.
