Bpo Team Leader

We are looking for a Bpo Team Leader to join our team at Vizza Insurance. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance advisors/relationship executives

• Drive sales of Star Health Insurance products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned to the team

• Monitor daily performance, call quality, and conversion ratios.

• Maintain accurate sales MIS and reports.

• Conduct regular training and product knowledge sessions.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handling 8 to 10 members efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
