We are looking for a well-groomed, polite, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle client interactions in our jewellery showroom. The role involves assisting customers with enquiries, orders, after-sales service, and ensuring a premium buying experience that builds long-term relationships.
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom professionally
Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
Provide accurate information about jewellery designs, gold/diamond purity, pricing, schemes, and offers
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and custom jewellery requirements
Handle after-sales support, such as repairs, resizing, exchanges, and billing queries
Maintain customer database and purchase history for follow-ups
Handle customer complaints patiently and ensure timely resolution
Follow up with customers for order delivery, feedback, and repeat business
Support festive offers, promotional activities, and VIP client handling
Ensure confidentiality of customer and business information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Ability to handle premium clients politely and confidently
Basic computer skills (billing software, MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, email)
Good understanding of customer service etiquette
Knowledge of the jewellery / retail industry is an added advantage
