Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Operations (Hotel Reservations)

Shift: Rotational (including night shifts)
Working Days: 6 days (Sunday off)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to manage end-to-end hotel reservation operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in GDS systems and will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring process compliance, and driving operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with hotels, suppliers, and content aggregators.
Handle vendor management, new vendor acquisitions, and contracting.
Support sales and client relationship teams in RFP processes and client conversions to online booking tools (OBT).
Oversee client contracting and ensure smooth coordination for business operations.
Drive collection of revenue from hotel sources and ensure timely payments.
Negotiate commercial terms with hotels and suppliers to optimize profitability.
Monitor process quality, ensure compliance standards are met, and implement process improvements.
Work collaboratively across departments to achieve business targets and enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel reservations using GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet business goals.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
