Field Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of electronic equipment at client sites.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware faults, replace parts, and ensure optimal performance.

• Provide preventive maintenance and routine inspections.

• Maintain service reports and communicate findings to the office.

• Train customers/end-users on equipment usage and safety procedures.

• Coordinate with the design and technical team for feedback and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

• Hands-on knowledge of electronic circuits, PCB, and measurement tools (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, etc.).

• Good understanding of wiring, installation standards, and safety practices.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and customer-handling ability.

• Willingness to travel extensively.
