Job Title: Device Collection Executive (Part-Time / Full-Time)

About the Role:

We are hiring Device Collection Executives for Airtel and Tata Play projects. The role involves visiting customer locations to collect company devices such as Set-Top Boxes, ONTs, Routers, etc. and submitting them to the company office within the defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers’ locations to collect Airtel and Tata Play devices (Set-Top Box, ONT, etc.).

• Ensure all collected devices are submitted to the office within 7 to 15 days of collection.

• Maintain accurate records of collections and submissions.

• Coordinate with the backend and logistics teams for tracking and reporting.

• Work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday working is mandatory).

Requirements:

• Bike with valid driving license (mandatory).

• Smartphone with internet access.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Responsible and punctual in meeting submission timelines.

Work Schedule:

• Saturday and Sunday working is mandatory.

• Flexible working hours available for both Part-Time and Full-Time positions.

Compensation:

• Salary structure differs for Part-Time and Full-Time roles.

• Performance-based incentives may be offered.
