Key Responsibilities

Agent Recruitment
- Identify and recruit potential insurance/financial advisors.
- Conduct interviews and onboarding process.
- Ensure licensing and documentation completion.
Training & Development
- Provide product and sales training to agents.
- Conduct regular meetings and field support.
- Help advisors improve productivity and performance.
Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly business targets.
- Drive revenue through the agency team.
- Monitor daily sales activity.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with advisors.
- Motivate and retain high-performing agents.
- Resolve queries and provide ongoing support.
Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze competition and market trends.
- Develop local market strategies.
