We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional with strong written English skills to be a part of our Customer Support team. This role primarily involves handling customer interactions via email and ensuring a smooth, prompt, and professional experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email in a timely, clear, and professional manner
Handle complaints, feedback, and concerns with empathy and effective resolution
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Escalate complex issues when required and ensure proper follow-up until closure
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales & Operations) for seamless service delivery
Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to retention efforts
Requirements
Graduate (any field)
Strong written English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM tools)
Good problem-solving ability with attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
