Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value
Manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities for growth
Design and execute targeted campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty programs, etc.)
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable reports
Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance with data protection regulations
Lead customer lifecycle management, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement
Train and support team members on CRM tools and best practices
Continuously improve processes to enhance customer experience
