Role & Responsibilities:
❖ Ticketing Management: Book, Issue, Reissue and Refund both international and
domestic flight tickets using Airline websites, GDS or NDC platforms.
❖ Operational Execution: Independently handle ticket cancellations, refunds, and
rebooking processes with minimal supervision.
❖ Issue Resolution: Promptly resolve customer queries and address travel-related issues to
ensure client satisfaction.
❖ Regulatory Adherence: Apply in-depth knowledge of IATA regulations and standard
ticketing procedures to all transactions.
