Position: Back-office Executive (Mail & chat process)

Deals With Life Insurance, General Insurance & Health Insurance Related Frauds.

There Are Several Cases in India in Which Agents and Brokers MisSells Insurance Policies to The Customers, We Fight Against Such Frauds Via Emails and Recovers the Amount Which is Stuck With

Companies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidate Should Have Good Knowledge of Ms Excel, Ms Word, Internet, And Good Typing Speed. 

Candidate Should Posses Good Communication Skill.

Candidate Should Draft a Complaint and Communicate with Various Insurance Companies on Behalf of Our Clients. 

Candidate Should Draft Min 4 matters Daily. 

Candidate Should Work in Office Only. 

Candidate Should Have Good Writing Skill in English And Any Of The Regional Language

Office Timing Will Be 9:30 To 6:30 PM From Monday to Saturday
