Education Counsellor

We are looking for a Education Counsellor to join our team at Stockology Education. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Education. Key Responsibilities:

• Student Guidance & Counseling

  • Provide academic and career counseling to students based on their interests, abilities, and goals.

  • Guide students in selecting suitable courses.

  • Help students understand available educational opportunities and admission procedures.

• Admission & Enrollment Support

  • Assist students in the application, admission, and documentation process.

  • Coordinate with academic institutions to ensure smooth enrollment.

  • Maintain follow-up with students until successful admission or course start.

• Information & Communication

  • Explain course details, fee structures, eligibility criteria, and other academic information.

  • Conduct counseling sessions (in-person, telephonic, or online).

  • Handle student inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Sales & Conversion (if applicable)

  • Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and relationship-building.

  • Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly admission/enrollment targets.

  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities such as seminars, events, and workshops.

• Record Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated student records and counseling reports.

  • Update CRM or database systems with student and inquiry details.

• Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for lead generation and event planning.

  • Provide feedback to improve the counseling process and student experience.

• Continuous Learning

  • Attend training sessions and workshops for professional development.
