A leading overseas educational consultant in India is looking for:

Position: Student Relationship Officers

Locations: Kochi, Muvattupuzha, Pathanamthitta

Gender: Female

Education: Any graduate

Experience: Min 1 year experience as academic counsellor or similar role preferably from study abroad industry.

Salary: 20k- 25k/month

Should have good communication skill

Interview mode: Offline at respective location

Immediate joiners or max 30 days NP candidates preferred.

Age: Up to 35 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist students with inquiries about study abroad programs.

• Guide students through application and admission processes.

• Coordinate with universities and institutions for smooth processing.

• Handle calls, emails, and walk-in queries professionally.

• Maintain student records and provide excellent customer service.

• Support marketing and promotional activities when required.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Experience in student counseling or customer service preferred

• Knowledge of study abroad processes is a plus

• Friendly, proactive, and professional approach

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
