Job Description:

Tech Mahindra is hiring experienced professionals for the International Voice Support process. Candidates must have prior International Voice Customer Support experience (minimum 6 months). This role involves providing support to Verizon’s international customers and ensuring high-quality technical and non-technical resolutions.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of International Voice Customer Support experience

Excellent communication skills (C1 Level English)

Undergraduate & Graduates can apply

Must be comfortable with Work From Office (WFO)

No domestic process or Hindi language support

Work Details:

5 Days Working (Rotational Shifts & Week Offs)

Both Side Cab Facility Provided

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary Structure:

6–12 months exp: ₹25,000 (After training ₹28,000)

12–17 months exp: ₹29,000 (After training ₹32,000)

18+ months exp: ₹32,000 (After training ₹36,000)

Perks & Bonuses:

Loyalty Bonus ₹20,000 (₹10K after 6 months + ₹10K after 12 months)

Attendance Bonus ₹7,000
