1. Sales Support

Encourage customers to purchase products through excellent service
Suggest matching items or accessories (upselling/cross-selling)
Promote ongoing discounts, loyalty programs, or seasonal collections

2. Billing and Cash Handling

Operate billing/POS systems
Process payments through cash, card, or digital methods
Handle refunds, exchanges, and receipts accurately

3. Managing Fitting Rooms

Assist customers with trial rooms
Organize returned clothing items from fitting rooms
Ensure fitting rooms remain clean and orderly

4. Maintaining Store Appearance

Arrange and fold clothes neatly
Replenish stock on shelves and display racks
Ensure mannequins and displays are attractive and updated
Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the store

5. Inventory Support

Check stock availability for customers
Assist in stock counting and inventory management
Report low stock or damaged items to supervisors

6. Handling Customer Complaints

Resolve customer concerns politely and professionally
Address issues related to defective products, billing, or exchanges
Escalate difficult situations to store managers when required

7. Following Store Policies

Follow company rules regarding customer service and safety
Maintain professionalism and punctuality
