Provide shipment status updates and resolve delivery-related queries.
Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, and operations team for smooth dispatch.Maintain records of customer interactions and complaints.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending deliveries and issues. Update shipment details in the system accurately.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Escalate critical issues to senior management when required.
