As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of property owners and tenants, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey with us.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, taking ownership, and making a real impact on customer satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Do
Build Strong Customer Relationships
Manage a portfolio of property owners and tenants
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs
Build trust through proactive communication and timely support
Ensure customers remain informed and confident throughout their journey
Solve Problems & Drive Resolution
Handle customer concerns, escalations, and service requests
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Follow issues through to closure rather than simply forwarding them
Deliver practical solutions that balance customer and business needs
Drive Customer Success
Improve customer satisfaction and retention
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Ensure smooth handling of renewals, maintenance issues, move-ins, move-outs, and other key customer journeys
Help customers maximize the value they receive from PropertyAngel
Improve Processes
Identify recurring customer pain points
Suggest and implement operational improvements
Contribute to building scalable customer success processes
Mentor & Support Team Members
Share best practices with junior team members
Support onboarding and training of new hires
Help create a high-performance, customer-focused culture
