Job description:

·         Handling calls/ queries / requests pertaining to product and service for inbound / out bound calls effectively.

·         Complaint Management. Solving customer grievances.

·         Applying process / product Knowledge in replying to customers

·         An immediate joiners are preferred.

Minimum Qualification: HSC to Any degree.

Salary:  16K take home.

Shift Timings: 9 am to 6.30 pm.

Payment Details:

Commercial Path: 5000 per candidate.

Payment & replacement Period : 60Days.

Total requirements : 15+ Kannada speaking candidates

An immediate joiners are preferred….
