Job Opportunity – Customer Support (Voice)

Company: Tech Mahindra BPS (Direct Payroll)

 Location: Chandivali

 Work Mode: Work From Office
Employment mode: Permanent (No contractual)

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Any Graduate (10+2+3)             

Experience:

6 to 12 months experience – 22K in hand

12+ months experience – 26K in hand

Key Skills Required

Excellent English Communication

Customer Service Skills

Ability to handle voice / email / escalation queries

Training Period

15 – 25 days depending on the process
