Requirements and Job Description for a Customer Service Executive
A Customer Service Executive plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships
between the company and its customers.
Experience: 2 years in a customer service role
Role Description:
1. Maintain a customer database of All India channel partners
2. Maintain data hygiene and generate reports using the software
3. Operate WhatsApp marketing software to communicate with database- sending digital
catalogs, videos, reels, branding messages and festive greetings
4. Manage customer queries via the phone/ whatsapp
5. Manage online social media queries on Facebook/ Instagram/ YouTube
6. Co-ordinate with internal teams for customer query resolution
7. Collect feedback/ research from customers whenever required and relay the feedback to internal teams
Qualifications
1. Must be a graduate
2. Must be fluent in written and verbal Hindi and English
3. Must be a team player and able to work harmoniously with seniors
4. Must have a learning attitude and able to multitask
5. Must have computer proficiency and be comfortable to work with software
6. Adequate training will be provided for on the job learning
