Profile- Sales Executive

Process – Voice (Inbound & Outbound)

Product – Tours & Travels

Location – Dr, Dr Dadabhai Naoroji Rd, Azad Maidan, Fort,, Mumbai

Responsible for -

• Actively contact potential customers, understand their travel needs and preferences, and present tailored tour and travel packages.

• Build rapport with customers, address their inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting and selling tour and travel packages.

• Follow up with potential customers to address any outstanding questions or concerns and convert them into sales. What do we want?

• Minimum 6 months of work experience in BPO Sales / Sales Voice Process.

• Minimum HSC Passed out & should be good in English communication Other details

✓ CTC – 3.5 LPA ( in hand around 25000 net take home )

✓ Incentives – Potential starts from 3k to 5k ( totally on performance )

✓ Time: 8 am to 5 pm / 10 am to 7 pm / 11 am to 8 pm / 12 pm to 9 pm / 1 pm to 10 pm

✓ Week off – 1 rotational week off\
