Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring for a Customer Service Executive to handle the client interactions efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries and ensuring the quality service delivery across communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails

  • Provide an accurate information and support based on client queries

  • Maintain the call/email quality

  • Log all the customer interactions and update systems accordingly

  • Coordinate with the internal teams when needed

  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Gender: Male / Female

  • Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates

  • Qualification: Minimum HSC or Graduate

  • Good verbal communication skills (Versant score 4–5 preferred)

  • Willing to work 6 days with rotational week-offs

  • Should be able to commute to Ghansoli, MBP
