Key Responsibilities -
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
Fluency in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Good problem-solving and listening skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Customer-centric attitude.
