we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our growing direct-to-consumer operations. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who is proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

● Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, exchanges, returns, and general product information with empathy, professionalism, and clarity

● Manage communication across multiple channels including email, WhatsApp, and phone

● Coordinate with logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, Shiprocket) to ensure timely deliveries and accurate status updates

● Maintain detailed customer service records and trackers using Excel/Google Sheets

● Support WhatsApp marketing operations and customer engagement initiatives

● Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of issues and a seamless customer journey

Required Skills & Experience

● 1–3 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce support

● Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

● Tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable handling multiple conversations simultaneously

● A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure

● Customer-first attitude with a commitment to service excellence
