Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers regarding service requests.
Assign service calls to technicians and follow up on completion.
Maintain service reports and daily updates.
Support sales and service teams with communication and scheduling.
Handle customer feedback and ensure timely issue resolution.
🎓 Requirements:
Any degree (preferred: BBA / MBA / Engineering).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
