Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers regarding service requests.

  • Assign service calls to technicians and follow up on completion.

  • Maintain service reports and daily updates.

  • Support sales and service teams with communication and scheduling.

  • Handle customer feedback and ensure timely issue resolution.

🎓 Requirements:

  • Any degree (preferred: BBA / MBA / Engineering).

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).

  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
