Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns and compliants with a problem-solving approached.

Work collaboratively with other teams members to escalate resolved complex issues.
Meet performance including calls handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
