Process: Customer Support Executive (Inbound Voice Process)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Education: HSC/Graduate Freshers or Minimum 6 Months Experience.

Quality: Versant Score 4

Salary:

Fresher – 18,000 Inhand

Experienced– 24,000 Inhand 

Shifts: 

Boys – 24/7 (Any 9 hours Rotational shift).

Females – Day Shift (8 AM Till 8 PM, any 9 hours).

Weekly Off: 6 days working with 1 Rotational week off.

Rounds of Interview: HR, Operations & Client.
