Job Opening: Customer Service Officer (Home Loan Upsell/Cross-Sell)

Position: Customer Service Officer

CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing customers for Home Loan upselling and cross-selling.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Graduate.

Minimum 6 months of tele-calling experience is mandatory.

Experience in sales or secured loan products (Home Loans, Loan Against Property, etc.) will be preferred.

Excellent communication, customer handling, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
