Job Description – Tele sales Executive

Company: SMFG India Credit
Position: Tele sales Executive
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound calls to generate and convert sales leads.
Promote and sell Home Loan and other Secured Loan products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele sales , Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
Good knowledge of Home Loans and Secured Loan Products is mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
