CRM Manager / CRM Specialist Job DescriptionPosition OverviewThe CRM Manager (or CRM Specialist) is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s customer relationship management systems and strategies. This role ensures effective data management, campaign execution, customer segmentation, and personalized communication to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.---Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Strategy & ManagementDevelop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.Maintain and improve CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.Data ManagementManage customer databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and customer segmentation.Campaign ManagementDesign and execute automated CRM campaigns (email, SMS, in-app, etc.).Personalize customer communication through segmentation and behavioral targeting.Measure and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as open rate, click-through rate, and conversion.Customer Insights & ReportingGenerate reports and dashboards to track customer engagement and CRM effectiveness.Provide actionable insights to improve customer journeys and enhance overall experience.System Optimization & IntegrationWork with IT and vendors to integrate CRM with other tools (marketing automation, analytics, ERP, etc.).Test new CRM functionalities and features to enhance usability and efficiency.
