Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for US/UK customers
Assist customers with health insurance queries
Provide accurate information and resolve concerns
Maintain proper call records and documentation

Required Skills
Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
Minimum 0 years to 1 year experience in International Voice Process
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
Active listening ability
Comfortable working in early morning shift

Experience in Healthcare / Insurance process (preferred)
Understanding of US/UK accent and communication
