Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional to manage customer interactions, ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, and deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer engagement for registrations and bookings
Communicate updates, project developments, and activities to customers
Follow up for document completion and payment schedules
Coordinate with customers, sales team, and legal team
Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Resolve customer queries effectively
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of CRM processes
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in customer lifecycle / coordination roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
