Job Title: CRM Executive / Assistant Manager – Customer Relationship Management
Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (Flexible based on current CTC)

Role Overview: We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
professional who will be responsible for managing and engaging with customers throughout their journey, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers for registrations and bookings
• Inform customers about company developments, updates, and activities
• Regular follow-ups for document completion and payments
• Act as a bridge between customers, sales team, and internal legal team
• Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
• Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (customers, sales, legal team)
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and documentation
