Job Description: Marketing Executive
Position: Asst. Customer Relations Officer.
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (financial background)
Experience: 3-5 years in the construction industry, preferably
CTC: 20 to 30 K
Gender: Male
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for handling all enquiries for all types of documentation work
· Responsible for maintaining sales process records.
· Handle all post-sales activities and documentation.
· Draft letters/Email and other communication with clients
· Handle any telephonic enquiries regarding our projects
· Prepare maintenance bills and follow up on payments
Skills Required:
Good English communication skills (Oral/Written)
Good analytical skills
Should be presentable
Fluent Spoken/Written English
Excellent Letter Writing Skills
Documentation experience
Related industries to construction would be better, but not a must.
