- Product Information: Provide accurate and detailed information about gold and diamond products, including features, benefits, and services.

- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

- Sales Support: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive business growth.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a related field.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
