Front Desk Management: ● Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner. ● Handling incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages when necessary. ● Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining a visitor log. Administrative Support: ● Maintaining records, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies at the front desk. ● Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations. Customer Service: ● Addressing visitor inquiries and providing necessary information. ● Ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area. ● Handling calls, converting the leads and report to the Department manager
