CRT – Customer Relationship Team

Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Process: 100% Voice, Inbound

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries

Provide information & resolution

Ensure good customer experience

Salary

Fresher: ₹16,000 in-hand | CTC ₹2.50 LPA

Experienced: Up to ₹30,000 in-hand | CTC ₹4.1 LPA

Shift

Rotational (9.5 hrs)

Male: 7:00 AM – 12:30 AM (24×7 shifts)

Female: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Age: Min 20 to Max 32

5 days working + 2 rotational offs
