We are hiring Customer Service Associates for the Shell Voice Process, delivering high-quality customer service to international clients. The role requires strong communication skills and prior experience in International BPO voice support.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in an international voice process

• Resolve customer issues efficiently with a customer-first approach

• Maintain service quality and process compliance

• Document interactions accurately and update CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in an International Voice Process (Mandatory)

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle customer calls with clarity, empathy, and professionalism

• Versant Score: C1 – US Voice Versant

💰 Salary Structure

• Up to ₹35,000 CTC

🕒 Work Schedule

• Working Days: 5.5 days

• Shifts: Rotational shifts

• Week Offs: Rotational

🚖 Transportation

• Males: Cab allowance – ₹180 × number of night shifts

• Females: One-side cab during odd hours
