We are hiring Customer Service Associates for the Shell Voice Process, delivering high-quality customer service to international clients. The role requires strong communication skills and prior experience in International BPO voice support.
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in an international voice process
Resolve customer issues efficiently with a customer-first approach
Maintain service quality and process compliance
Document interactions accurately and update CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support
Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in an International Voice Process (Mandatory)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to handle customer calls with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
Versant Score: C1 – US Voice Versant
Up to ₹35,000 CTC
Working Days: 5.5 days
Shifts: Rotational shifts
Week Offs: Rotational
Males: Cab allowance – ₹180 × number of night shifts
Females: One-side cab during odd hours
