Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused CRM Manager to manage customer relationships, improve customer experience, and drive retention & repeat sales. The candidate will handle customer data, communication, and engagement strategies across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer database (CRM system)
Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email & social media
Improve customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Plan and execute customer engagement campaigns (offers, follow-ups, reminders)
Analyze customer behavior and suggest strategies to increase repeat orders
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and marketing teams
Track and report customer interactions, complaints, and feedback
Manage abandoned cart recovery and lead follow-ups
Ensure smooth order confirmation and customer communication
Skills Required
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Shopify, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Good understanding of customer handling and sales process
Data management and reporting skills
Problem-solving attitude
Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce or retail industry (preferred)
Experience handling WhatsApp API / customer support tools
Understanding of sales funnels and customer lifecycle
